Clarkson to steam past expectations

Shipping services group Clarkson was buoyant after saying it expects its full-year performance to exceed expectations."Trading has continued to be positive with strong spot revenues being supported by delivery of the group's order book brought forward from previous years and the recent significant strengthening of the US dollar," it said.It added: "This good performance throughout 2010 is testament to the strength of Clarkson's market leading teams and the breadth of our truly global offering across shipping and its related markets."
