(ShareCast News) - Indonesia-focused coal miner Churchill Mining said the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) would be issuing a ruling on its claim against the Indonesian government within two weeks.In a statement, the AIM-listed firm said the ICSID was in the process of finalising its decision.Churchill issued a claim against Indonesia over the revocation of the company's mining licences over the East Cutai coal project in 2013, saying its assets were unfairly seized.Shares in the company were up 15.47% to 34p at 1540 GMT.
