Charles Taylor appoints new finance chief

Insurance services group Charles Taylor is changing its finance chief.The company said Mark Keogh will replace Tito Soso after joining the group on June 16th.Qualified civil engineer and accountant Keogh was Group Managing Director & Finance Director of quoted real estate investment trust Warner Estate Holdings.He has also acted as Finance Director of Severn Trent Water, Mowlem Construction Services and BP Marine.Soso will stay with Charles Taylor to support Keogh in the period before the group announces half year results on August 29th.Taylor's shares were unchanged at 276p in early London trading.PW
