CEO and Finance Director of CVS sell shares post exercise

Veterinary services provider CVS announced the sale of shares by two of its senior directors following the exercise of options granted under the CVS group long term incentive plan. Chief Executive Simon Innes sold 223,482 shares, taking his stake to 546,475, equal to 0.96% of the issued share capital.Finance Director Paul Coxon traded in 78,944 shares, leaving him with 285,000 shares, the equivalent of 0.5% of the issued share capital. All the of the shares were disposed of at 167p each. In mid-December the company reported that its sales growth for the five month period ended November 30th 2012 was 4.5% higher compared to the same period earlier.
