Burberry non-Executive Director Matthew Key on Tuesday purchased 1,260 shares in the fashion group. The transaction was made at 1,568.66p a time for a total of £0.2m. Back in July the group said that it was pleased with its first-quarter retail performance which saw underlying revenues rose 18 %.Chief Executive Angela Ahrendts commented that spring/summer 2013 was a 'standout' season. Meanwhile, Blinkx non-Executive Director, Dr Michael Lynch, sold £4.5m-worth of shares, although still holds 17.9m, equal to a stake of 4.9%. Lynch traded in a total of three million shares at 150.15p a piece. The sale was made just one month after the media platform firm announced an all-cash transaction relating to its Grab Media Property, an online video content syndication and advertising platform. The acquisition was made to enable the company to add incremental audience and augment its relationships with advertisers, publishers and content providers.
