BT Group All Resolutions Approved At AGM

LONDON (Dow Jones)-- BT Group PLC (BT.A.LN), a communications services company announced Friday at its AGM that all resolutions have been approved, including resolution 2, approving the remuneration report for the year ended March 31, which was passed at 93.6%.
