(ShareCast News) - Mathew Dunn has been appointed as Britvic's chief financial officer (CFO), the soft drinks group said in a statement on Thursday.Dunn, who will join the FTSE 250 company later in the calendar year, will replace outgoing CFO John Gibney, who will continue in his current role until the group's preliminary results on 25 November.Dunn is the current CFO of SABMiller's South African division South African Breweries and was the CFO of SABMiller's Asian business between 2010 and 2014."We are delighted to welcome Mathew as CFO and to the board," said group chief executive Simon Litherland. "His significant experience in the international beverage sector and expertise in operational leadership will be very valuable as we continue to execute our strategy to pursue the expansion of our brands globally."Britvic shares were down 0.36% to 692.00p at 0944 BST on Thursday.
