Blinkx chairman Anthony Bettencourt steps down

Blinkx announced that Anthony Bettencourt will step down as chairman of the board of directors, effective from 1 July.Bettencourt will remain on the board as a non-executive director, serving on the nomination and remuneration committees, but will focus on executive responsibilities elsewhere.Raj Chelleraj, lead independent non-executive director, will succeed Bettencourt and also serve on Blinx's nomination and audit committees.
