Three directors of Berkeley Group have sold a collective 65.29m pounds-worth of shares in the housebuilder after they vested under the group's long-term incentive plan. A statement from the company said the proceeds were used principally to enable them to meet the tax, national insurance and costs associated with the vesting of the awards. Chairman and co-founder, Anthony Pidgley made the largest of the sales, generating £39.12m in exchange for 1.5m shares.
