Belvoir Lettings Chairman sells shares to satisfy institutional demand

Belvoir Lettings, the UK lettings specialist which listed on the AIM market in February last year, announced on Friday that its Executive Chairman and founder had sold a quarter of a million shares in the group in order to help satisfy 'significant institutional demand'.The news comes just a week after the firm's full-year results which showed a 20.8% increase in revenue to £4.0m and an 12% rise in profit before tax and exceptionals.Belvoir said that Mike Goddard had offloaded 250,000 ordinary shares at 136p a share, reducing his holding to 8,953,922 shares.He has retained a 43.36% stake in Belvoir's issued share capital.Top Director BuysIthaca Energy Inc.
