Avation increases stake in Capital Lease Aviation

teerngasAircraft leasing group Avatation has agreed to acquire 351,900 shares in AIM-listed Capital Lease Aviation.The transaction, announced Friday, increases its stake in the aircraft lessor to 95.1%.The group paid 0.205p a share in cash.
