Broadband services group Avanti Communications has signed a multi-million dollar contract extension with Avonline broadband to target European consumers with new satellite broadband.The UK-based satellite group said the new deal will provide a series of tailored broadband solutions to customers across Europe. Avonline will offer primary broadband connections arranged by Avanti's HYLAS 1 and HYLAS 2 satellites.Avanti recently entered an agreement with Turkish telecom operator, ESER Telekom, to deliver its satellite broadband coverage in the Middle East.Managing Director Mark Wynn said: "Avonline is pleased to announce a significant contract extension with Avanti. "We have worked closely to create a series of unique satellite broadband packages that are tailored to meet the specific service requirements of our growing customer base.
