Architect and interior design group Aukett Fitzroy Robinson expects to have more than halved full-year losses and eliminated net debt of £1.4m.It now forecasts net funds of £125,000 for the year ended 30 September and has about £900,000 still to be collected, although that will depend on the sale of the UK forecast properties upon which the monies are secured."In the UK there has been some movement in commercial projects, in the regions, that had previously been suspended. In the short-term however, the directors believe that the vast majority of opportunities reside in London where the group has a particularly strong track record and client base," said the firm."Elsewhere we are seeing a revival of interest in commercial opportunities in our other two key markets: Russia and the Middle East."
