Atlantic Tropical Disturbance Weakening - NHC

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES A tropical disturbance located about 1,100 miles east of the Lesser Antilles in the Central Atlantic is weakening Tuesday morning and conditions for tropical cyclone formation are less favorable, The National Hurricane Center reported. "The potential for development has decreased and there is a medium chance -- 30% -- of this system becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours," NHC said.
