AIRSHOW: Airbus Announces $1.15B Order From Indonesia's Garuda

FARNBOROUGH, England (Dow Jones)--Indonesian airline Garuda Wednesday ordered six Airbus A330-200 aircraft valued at $1.15 billion at list prices. It is the first direct order that Garuda has placed with Airbus, a unit of European Aeronautic Defence & Space Co. NV (EAD.FR), since 1989. However, Garuda has four leased A330-200 aircraft and six A330-300s.
