Active Energy non-executive director steps down

Joseph Valoroso has stepped down from his role as non-executive director of Active Energy Group, the woodchip and timber products supplier confirmed on Monday.The London-listed company said Valoroso will leave the group on 22 June and that a recruiting process had already begun."On behalf of my co-Directors, I thank Joseph for his support and advice over a period of substantial change for AEG," said group chief executive Richard Spinks.Active Energy shares were down 6.73% to 4.99p at 09:18 on Monday.
