Action Hotels acquires Melbourne Airport hotel

(ShareCast News) - Action Hotels has completed the acquisition of the ibis Budget hotel at Melbourne Airport, Australia.The AIM company announced the completion of the AUD$8.8m (£4.2m) deal on Monday.The acquisition brings the number of Action Hotels' operating hotels to nine, with 1,561 rooms.The company also said it has a fully funded development pipeline of nine hotels and a further 1,332 rooms.
