LONDON (Dow Jones)--21st Century Technology PLC (C21.LN), a vehicle installation service provider supplying public transport CCTV and other monitoring systems, said Wednesday Jan Gustaf Lennart Holmstrom has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
