LONDON (Dow Jones)--21st Century Technology PLC (C21.LN), a vehicle installation service provider supplying public transport CCTV and other monitoring systems, announced Thursday it has performed well over the first six months of the year with profit after tax from continuing activities currently ahead of management expectations.
