British & American Investment Trust outperforms main benchmarks in first half

(ShareCast News) - British & American Investment Trust outperformed the FTSE 100 and All Share indices in the first six months of the year. In a statement released on Friday, the company said it had recorded 5.3% rise in net assets in the half to 30 June, compared with a 0.7% decline in the FTSE 100
