1. London Stock Exchange temporarily halted Invesco Nasdaq-100 Income Advantage UCITS ETF Dist (TIDMs: QQIA, ISIN: IE0007YZZZN7) and Invesco Nasdaq-100 Income Advantage UCITS ETF (TIDM: QQIS; ISIN: IE0007YZZZN7) on 19 May 2026 at 10:56 pending clarification of the timing of the ex and record date for the securities.

2. In accordance with publication of the amended dividend timetable by Invesco Markets II Plc at 15:26 today, QQIA and QQIS were marked 'ex dividend' from the start of business on 18 May 2026 with a record date of 19 May 2026.

3. Trading will be resumed in both securities prior to market open on 20 May 2026.
