International Paper Company files Current Report on Form 8-K
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - International Paper Company (the "Company") has today filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") reporting that the Company has issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025 (the "Press Release"), and that the Company will host a webcast and conference call today to discuss results for such fiscal quarter beginning at 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT.
