The Coventry and Rugby Hospital Company Plc the ("Issuer") hereby gives notice that due to the settlement with Vinci Construction UK Ltd and the replacement of Hard Service provision by Mitie FM limited, as announced in RNS 6642K, the Issuer's Auditor, BDO LLP, will be required to undertake additional field work. Due to the timescales required for this, the Issuer's audited financial report for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Audited Report") will not be filed with the London Stock Exchange within the timeline prescribed by the DTR Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 4.1.3). It is estimated that the Audited Report will be filed during May 2025.
