on changes regarding senior executives

Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors as follows:

As of April 30, 2025, the employment of Mr. Kornél Kisgergely as CEO of the Issuer will be terminated, and as of May 1, 2025, the position of CEO of the Issuer will be filled by Dr. Adrienn Berta, the current Deputy CEO for Business Operations of the Issuer. Mr. Kornél Kisgergely will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Issuer.

The position of Deputy CEO for Business Operations will be taken over from Dr. Adrienn Berta as of 1 May 2025 by Mr. István Széll, the current Director of Corporate Finance of the Issuer.
