Kantar, the data investment management arm of advertising and PR giant WPP, has acquired Guardian Digital Agency (GDA), a specialist data visualisation and interactive development agency that was previously part of Guardian News and Media Group. The business, with which a number of Kantar-owned companies will be rebranded under the new name Graphic, employs 13 people. "This investment continues WPP's strategy of developing its integrated services in fast-growing and important markets and sectors and strengthening its capabilities in digital media," the FTSE 100 listed group said.
