Publishing giant WPP has acquired a minority stake in Turkish digital agency WANDA Digital for an undisclosed amount.The FTSE 100 group said the acquisition was carried out via its business partner J Walter Thompson Company.WANDA, whose clients include Turkcell, L'Oreal, Nestle and Unilever, reported unaudited net sales for the year ended 31 December of $ 3.4m, with gross assets at the same date of approximately $2.3m.WPP shares were flat at 1,486.00p at 09:52 on Monday.
