(ShareCast News) - Williams and Glyn is preparing for its spin-off from Royal Bank of Scotland by hiring an executive training firm.The firm will coach the bank's senior team, readying its members for their roles as heads of a public company.According the the Telegraph, coaching agency Toward will equip the team with leadership skills and the ability to create their own separate identity and culture as an individual bank.Williams and Glyn will be floated next year as part of RBS's 2008 bailout agreement.The bank employs more than 4,000 staff across 308 branches.
