Waterlogic director acquires shares as company begins Japanese distribution

Peter Cohen, the Chief Executive Officer of Waterlogic Commercial, acquired 20,000 shares in the company on Monday. The purchase was made the same day that the group, which designs, manufactures and operates point-of-use drinking water purification and dispensing systems, announced the distribution of its Waterlogic and Firewall branded consumer products in Japan. The distribution is via its Japanese partner, Alconix, which earlier this year announced a five-year exclusivity agreement. The addition of the shares, which were purchased at 103p each, takes Cohen's stake to 70,000 shares. He spent a total of £20,600.
