Tricorona considering EcoSecurities bid

Swedish firm Tricorona is considering a bid for Irish carbon credit company EcoSecurities."Tricorona... is reviewing the situation regarding the possibility of making an offer for EcoSecurities. There can be no certainty that any offer will be forthcoming," it said.EcoSecurities said it will review the situation regarding the possible offer for the group.Last week, Dutch firm Guanabara Holdings has already made a £91m offer for EcoSecurities while French energy firm EDF has pulled out of the bid battle.
