(ShareCast News) - Trading Emissions said an arbitration tribunal has found in favour of the company and dismissed two claims against it amounting to €6m.The tribunal has ordered subsidiaries of Yunnan Dianneng Holding Co, which lodged the claims, to pay $931,440 to Trading Emissions for the legal fees and costs it incurred for the proceedings.The company said: "The decision of the tribunal is final and the arbitration award is binding. There are very limited rights of appeal."Trading Emissions said awards have now been issued in the company's favour in respect of three claims, amounting to approximately €15m.At 1220 BST, Trading Emissions shares were up 14.5% at 6.32p.
