Ted Baker appoints COO as Finance Director

Clothes retailer Ted Baker has appointed Group Finance Director, Lindsay Page, to the additional role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The FTSE 250 constituent also announced that Company Secretary Charles Anderson has been appointed as Finance Director of its subsidiaries. Chairman David Bernstein said the changes would support the group in its global brand development. Shares had climbed 0.8% to 1,785p by 11:15. NR
