LONDON (Dow Jones)--Standard Life U.K. Smaller Companies Trust Plc (SLS.LN), a United Kingdom-based investment company, announced Wednesday that the Tender Price for the Periodic Tender Offer will be 144.84 pence per Ordinary 25 pence share.
