Educational trip organiser Holidaybreak performed "creditably" between 1 October and 12 February and expects to perform as expected in the year ending 30 September 2011.Some 61% of target group revenue is already booked, though sales intake is down 3% compared with last year. Leeds-based property investor Town Centre Securities ramped up underlying profit after tax to £4.4m in 2010 from £2.5m last year thanks to a focus on reducing occupancy voids and the rebasing of operating costs and interest charges.Shares of traffic surveyor Sky High pulled out of the nose dive they have been in since the end of September after the company said the Department for Transport has awarded it a contract to provide traffic count data as part of the Department's National Road Traffic Census Contract..The contract, worth around £0.9m a year, is for a two year period with a possible third year extension.IT solutions provider Electronic Data Processing remains cautiously optimistic about the outlook for the rest of year, but notes that the government spending cuts have affected customers' confidence, prolonging the group's sales cycle.The balance sheet continues to be debt-free with cash resources amounting to £4.7m, boosted by the sale proceeds from the disposal of its freehold head office building in Sheffield for £2.3m in October.Real Estate Opportunities (REO) has agreed the sale of Montevetro, Dublin's tallest commercial building, to Google for €99.9m in cash. The 15-storey building comprises 210,000sqft."The transaction is one of the largest sales of commercial property in Ireland in several years and the company believes it has achieved a very good price in the current market environment," said REO chairman Ray Horney.
