RM2 successfully wraps up trial with Fortune 500 customer

(Sharecast News) - RM2 has successfully completed a 100-unit trial with an unnamed world leader in the logistics industry.While the AIM-listed firm revealed that the contract with its mystery Fortune 500 customer was initially deferred, deployment was now underway with "promising results" and will involve a "significant deployment" of its RM2 ELIoT pallets.RM2 said other trials with large multi-national corporations were progressing well, with one large trial with a North American beverage customer concluding with strong results.The "smart pallet" innovator said discussions on deployment terms were expected to continue over the coming months.Kevin Mazula, RM2's chief executive, said: "We are delighted to have started the deployment of 'smart' RM2 ELIoT-enabled pallets with world leaders. Global leaders [have] become increasingly aware of the benefits that the RM2 ELIoT smart pallets can provide."As of 1000 BST, RM2 shares had jumped 3.62% to 0.54p.
