No known reason for share price jump, Octagonal says

Security systems provider Octagonal said Wednesday that it didn't know why its share price has risen. It said that while its policy is to invest in and acquire companies within the natural resources and agriculture sectors, it was not at the time in any "advanced talks" with any such firms. The share price rose more than 18% on Wednesday morning. NR
