National Grid Repurchases GBP10.8M Of 5.25% Instruments Due June 2011

LONDON (Dow Jones)--National Grid PLC (NG.LN), a U.K. utility company, said Wednesday it has repurchased GBP10,816,000 of the GBP223,194,000 5.25% instruments due June 2011, for cancellation.
