(Sharecast News) - Outsourcer Mitie has announced the resignation of chief financial officer Paul Woolf, who has been appointed as the new CFO of intellectual property management company CPA Global.
Mitie said on Wednesday that Woolf, who joined the group in November 2017, is expected to leave in January 2020.

Chairman Derek Mapp said: "Paul has been hugely supportive in the turn-around of Mitie, bringing in new financial disciplines and helping restore investor confidence. He will be much missed, but we wish him well in his new challenge."

At 0900 BST, the shares were down 2% at 146.98p.
