Micro Focus: Nick Bray Resigns As Chief Financial Officer

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Micro Focus International PLC (MCRO.LN), an Enterprise Application Modernization and Testing software company, Thursday announces that Nick Bray, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board he has been in discussions with several companies, one of which is a strategic competitor to Micro Focus, that may or may not lead to him accepting a position with one of them as their Chief Financial Officer.
