(Sharecast News) - AIM-listed support services group Marlowe has bought Oxfordshire-based Firecrest for an enterprise value of £0.26m.In a very brief statement, Marlowe - which focuses on acquiring and developing companies that provide critical testing and maintenance services - said Firecrest generated unaudited revenues of £0.9m and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation of £0.2m in the year to 30 April 2018.Founded in 2003, Firecrest provides a range of fire safety services.At 1025 BST, Marlowe shares were down 0.4% to 460.16p.
