0553 GMT [Dow Jones] HK short-selling volume +7.1% at HK$2.248 billion midday, as percentage of market total at 6.7% little changed vs 6.8% at Wednesday's half-day, suggesting bears not aggressively adding to positions. China Mobile (0941.HK) tops list with HK$117.51 million -- only stock to manage more than HK$100 million. Next comes Tencent (0700.HK) with HK$94.37 million, China Merchants Bank (3968.HK) with HK$89.53 million. HSBC (0005.HK), Bank of Communications (3328.HK) round out top 5, with HK$78.13 million, HK$73.45 million respectively.
