FTSE-250 listed publishing firm Informa announced it will return its headquarters to the UK after five years in Switzerland.The move comes as New Informa became the new holding company of the Informa Group.The company's shareholders have received one New Informa share for every share held at the scheme record time. Banking group, Barclays, is acting as sponsor in relation to New Informa's application for listing and corporate broker to Informa and New Informa. It brings the total issued ordinary share capital of New Informa to 6m at 435p each. The firm also confirmed that existing shares on the premium segment of the Official List were cancelled and existing shares ceased to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market.As of 14:50 the share price had risen 0.59% to 513.5p.WS
