Informa appoints new committee member

(ShareCast News) - Publishing and events group Informa has appointed David Flaschen as a member of its internal audit committee.In a short statement released on Thursday, the FTSE 250 group said Flaschen's appointment will be effective from 1 October.Informa shares were up 1.51% to 570.00p at 1016 BST on Thursday.
