(Sharecast News) - Immedia has appointed John Trevorrow as finance director and company secretary after he reorganised its finance department as financial controller.
Trevorrow joined the company in September 2019. He has joined the board with immediate effect. Ross Penney took over as chief executive in May after former Radio 1 disc jockey Bruno Brookes stepped down.

The AIM-listed company said Trevorrow had increased the finance function's controls and support for the group's business, which supplies branded channels for clients such as BP, JD Sports and Ikea.

Chairman Tim Hipperson said: "John is a very welcome addition to the Immedia board. His strategic financial, analytical and management skills will drive revenue and margin improvements in the business to the benefit of all stakeholders. John has already contributed significantly to the financial rigour of the group and I have no doubt he will continue to do so."
