Outsourcing company Capita has appointed Halma's boss Andrew Williams to its board as an independent non-executive director.Williams, who has been the chief executive of safety, health and environmental technologies group Halma since February 2005, will join the FTSE 100 company on 1 January 2015. "Andrew brings a wealth of experience gained from his senior leadership and operational management roles across a wide range of industry sectors and countries," said Capita's chief executive Andy Parker."His skills and experience will add further depth and strength to the Capita board.
