(Sharecast News) - Digital location and identity software specialist GB Group announced on Tuesday that Dev Dhiman had now started as its new chief executive officer, following a successful transition period.

The AIM-traded firm said Dhiman was replacing Chris Clark, who had stepped down as a director in accordance with the CEO succession plan.

At the same time, the company affirmed that its current trading performance remained in line with expectations.

GB Group said it would publish its full-year pre-close trading statement in April.

At 1249 GMT, shares in GB Group were up 0.57% at 281.6p.
