Games Workshop says sales up, but aware of 'uncertainties' ahead

(Sharecast News) - Tabletop gaming chain Games Workshop Group said trading to October 7 had "continued well", but added that it was aware of "uncertainties" in future trading periods. In a cryptic trading update, the company said sales were ahead and profits at a similar level to the prior year.However, it added that the board "remains aware that there are some uncertainties in the trading periods ahead for the rest of the 2018/19 financial year"."A further update will be given as appropriate."
