The big mover of the day is engineering firm Bodycote after it said it expects headline operating profit for the year to 31 December 2011 to be towards the top end of analysts' forecasts after strong demand for heavy trucks. The outlook impresses broker Prime Markets which said that the shares (currently trading at 384.10p) could reach 420p in the run up to its interim results in July.Pizza chain Domino's Pizza has risen by nearly 9% after establishing a launch pad for rapid international expansion with the acquisition of 75% of the master franchisee for the pizza delivery group in Germany. Pub group Greene King is also higher after confirming a strong end to the year, with sales rising 8.2% the snow ceased 16 weeks ago. The group also announced the acquisition of London-based premium pubs operator Realpubs for £53.1m. Carpet retailer Carpetright saw shares rise despite issuing another profit warning, expecting underlying pre-tax profit for the year to be below the level of profit achieved in the 2009 full year as tough trading conditions continued in the fourth quarter.Miner Kenmare Resources is heading the other way after reporting a strike at its Moma titanium mine in Mozambique. The strike has 'temporarily suspended' production, Kenmare said. Moma is Kenmare's only operation.
