Directors dealings: Forterra chief builds for the future

(ShareCast News) - Forterra's chief added to his nest egg, topping up his holdings in the company he leads a day after it published its latest half-year numbers.Stephen Harrington picked up 3,000 shares in the brickmaker at a price of 166.35p apiece, for a total consideration of £4,990.50 on 8 September.In the previous, session the company had reported that its sales dipped 3.2% to £146m during the six months ending on 30 June, while pre-tax profits nearly halved to £13m.To take note, the share price had recovered the better part of the losses which it incurred after the referendum vote.On 9 September Credit Suisse analysts Harry Goad and Samuel Thomas upped their target price on the shares from 166p to 195p, in part as a result of applying less conservative multiples as Brexit fears subside.Shares in Forterra finished the Friday session up by 0.15% to 163.75p.
