Director dealings: Serica Energy CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Serica Energy revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Martin Copeland had acquired 45,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed exploration and production firm.

Copeland, who was appointed to Serica's board in February 2024, purchased the shares at an average price of 161.40p each, for a total value of £72,630.

Following the transaction, Copeland holds a beneficial interest in 107,500 ordinary Serica shares, representing 0.027314% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1550 BST, Serica shares were up 2.66% at 161.80p.
