Director dealings: Deltic Energy director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Deltic Energy revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Peter Nicol had acquired 1.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed natural resources investor.

Nicol, who joined the board of Deltic in November 2021, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 2.60p each, for a total value of £26,000.

Following the transaction, Nicol holds an interest in 2.0m ordinary Deltic shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the company's voting rights.

As of 1600 GMT, Deltic shares were up 12.40% at 2.90p.
